Within this service, we offer company and investor visa processing, support for banking services, including Know Your Customer (KYC) authorization based on banking requirements, and annual visa and license renewals.

During the first year of service, your company will receive a business license, a virtual office, additional legal services and consultations, as well as a change in visa status and residence permit for up to two years. The average company registration process takes around 20 days. Required documents for registration include:

  • Three potential company names
  • Copy of passport
  • Passport photo (scan)
  • Utility bill (for the last 3 months)
  • Resume
  • Entry stamp to the UAE (former visa)
  • Bank account statement for 6 months

Dubai Free Zone’s governmental standards allow us to register a company without the client’s presence. Normally, we invite the client at a later stage for the completion of procedures, obtaining a residency visa, and opening a bank account.

BANKING SERVICES AND KYC (KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER) IDENTIFICATION:

Regarding account opening, we facilitate interaction with local and foreign banks and prepare KYC/Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for private and corporate bank accounts in compliance with local banking regulations. Our staff regularly visits bank offices to expedite relevant procedures.

Realia Family Office provides clients with a dedicated account manager from one of Dubai’s top-rated banks (FAB Bank, Emirates NBD Bank, ADCB Bank, RAK Bank). Our support service ensures routine KYC updates, responds to banking queries related to payments and transactions, and periodically updates identity documents, corporate documents, and office data.

We offer these services for opening two bank accounts, assisting with the KYC process. Upon request, we are ready to provide financial asset management consultations, handle general accounting, create a virtual office, support the annual audit report process, and renew the license after its expiration.

PENSION VISA

Realia Family Office facilitates obtaining a pension visa under the “Retire in Dubai” program introduced in 2021. This new visa grants expatriates and foreigners above 55 years old the opportunity to apply for a renewable 5-year residency visa in the UAE. This visa is available to expatriates meeting the following requirements:

  • Qualification Requirement #1: Stable income of at least AED 240,000 (about USD 66,000) annually or AED 20,000 (about USD 5,500) monthly from pension or previous employment.
  • Processing time: 10-15 working days, requires in-person presence for visa processing.

 

  • Qualification Requirement #2: AED 1 million (approximately USD 275,000) savings in a fixed deposit for a 3-year term at a local bank.
  • Processing time: 14 working days to open a bank account, 14 working days to obtain immigration permission and process the visa. Opening a bank account is the initial step, requiring personal presence and an entry stamp. After opening the bank account and making the fixed deposit, the application will be submitted to the immigration authority for approval and residency visa processing (presence is required during the visa issuance process).

 

  • Qualification Requirement #3: AED 2 million (about USD 550,000) pledged property, with payments amounting to at least AED 1 million.
  • Processing time: 14 working days to obtain immigration permission and process the visa. After purchasing real estate, the application will be submitted to the immigration authority for approval and residency visa processing, requiring personal presence.

 

  • Qualification Requirement #4: A combination of Qualification Requirements #2 and #3 with a minimum total value of AED 2 million (about USD 550,000) in the form of a 3-year fixed deposit and unpledged real estate.
  • Processing time: 1 month after purchasing real estate. This involves a combination of a 3-year fixed deposit and unpledged real estate. Personal presence is required for visa processing.

The cost of obtaining a pension visa includes the general government fee, legal expenses, visa fees, medical fees, ID fees, as well as our service fee. Within this service, obtaining medical insurance and a local address is also required. We also assist in obtaining pension visas for family members of our clients. Regarding banking support, we help open accounts and go through the KYC procedure.

Notes:

  • An official retirement document and proof of pension payments must be attested by the applicant at the UAE embassy.
  • The client is not required to stay in the UAE throughout the entire process; it can be done within two visits to the country – document processing and visa issuance after approval.
  • As part of providing VIP service, we ensure that all visits to government agencies are pre-booked. Our clients should not waste time in government offices.
  • Opening a non-resident personal account will take at least two weeks, depending on the bank’s profile and the client.
  • Banks offer account currencies in UAE dirhams (AED), US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), and British pounds (GBP).
  • Debit and credit cards, online banking/mobile banking services will be provided by a dedicated client manager.
  • We also offer airport transfers, hotel bookings, and a full range of ancillary services upon request.

*The only tax in the United Arab Emirates is the Value Added Tax (VAT) at a rate of 5%, applied to local transactions.
